Privacy Policy
Flowify is built to work without collecting more than it needs. This page explains, plainly, what that means.
No Account Required
Flowify doesn’t require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address, name, or any other personal information to use the app.
Your Data Stays Yours
Session data — when you focused, for how long, and any tags or notes you add — is stored on your device. If you’re signed into iCloud, this data syncs privately across your own devices using Apple’s iCloud. Flowify has no servers of its own, and nobody at Flowify can see or access this data — it never leaves Apple’s infrastructure and your own devices.
Anonymous Usage Analytics
Flowify uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which features are used and to improve the app over time. This is anonymous and aggregated: it doesn’t use advertising identifiers, doesn’t track you across other apps or websites, and can’t be tied back to you personally.
No Ads, No Ad Tracking
Flowify has no advertisements and does not use any advertising or ad-tracking networks.
Purchases
Flowify+ is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely through Apple’s App Store. Flowify never sees or stores your payment information.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, they’re scheduled locally on your device. They aren’t sent from a server and don’t require sharing any personal information.
Children’s Privacy
Flowify is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. This was last updated July 17th 2026.
